Unemployment is a major problem that the world has been facing today. . This problem was exacerbated by polices that were unsuitable to our economy such as denomination, GST introduced era and the unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic. Along with unemployment, several other issues are raised and are on the rise for example, addiction to alcohol, gambling etc. Most young people face depression and go through mental turmoil and because of unemployed they become frustrated. Thus, to sau, unemployment is one of the biggest challenges faced It is the duty off the government and the leaders to create big industries and also create small and medium enterprises However, ,as a service-oriented organization, Jaihind undertakes to take the following initiatives in respect of promoting entrepreneurship for -small scale enterprises and especially the youth so as to curb the problem of unemployment.
- 1)Implementing and skill enhancing programs for the youth to increase their employability so that they can get jobs.
